ATTY. BLESSCILDA O. LANSANG-MALASAGA

 

She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Management (BS-LMG) at the De La Salle University Manila in 2005. She started her study of law in 2006 at the San Beda College of Law, Manila and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2011 finishing 9th in their graduating class. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in March 2012.

 

Atty. Lansang-Malasaga started working as an associate lawyer at a Makati-based law firm mostly handling civil and criminal litigation cases. From there, Atty. Lansang-Malasaga joined a Makati-based tax and corporate firm as a senior tax associate where she advanced to associate tax manager and then to tax manager just shortly thereafter.

 

At present, Atty. Lansang-Malasaga is now part and is a founding partner of the Firm.

 

Her expertise includes civil and criminal litigation, labor disputes resolution, preparation of legal opinions, tax and corporate studies, corporate setting-up and restructuring, tax advisory and estate planning, immigration processing, and due diligence work.
